Becky Paylor, President
Having been a single mom at one point her life Becky gets it. Becky has been serving on nonprofit boards for over 20 years, including PSTCC, Knoxville Opera, Hope Resource Center, Knoxville Symphony League to name a few.

Misty D. Mayes, President Emeritus
Misty is the TRH Building Committee Chair and the President of Management Solutions, LLC, which has generously underwritten The Restoration House’s annual Restoring Hope Luncheon. Management Solutions is also donating substantial construction management services to the future TRH expansion project. Misty has also served on the board for The Mission of Hope.

David McMillan, Treasurer
David has a 23-year career at Pershing Yoakley and Associates. He is the newest member of the board and serves on the finance team.

Ramona Koplan, Treasurer Elect
Ramona has spent her entire career in accounting and financial management. She currently serves as CFO of Vericom Global Solutions. Ramona is a single mom to her two boys and understands better than most the work of The Restoration House.

Robin Gibson, Secretary
Robin is a native Knoxvillian and has been serving in leadership across a number of nonprofits for almost 30 years, including Trinity Health Foundation, Joni and Friends, and Alzheimers Tennessee.  She has a long history in the disability and special education communities.

Laura O’Connor
Laura serves as the head of the Sustainability Team with The Restoration House. Laura is also an active member of Grace Presbyterian Church.

Kim Frazier
Kim is the former human resource director of Bandit Lights. She now gives her self full-time to her children while investing in numerous community passions.

Leigh Avery
Leigh is a former inner-city school teach in Charlotte, NC.  She and her husband, Matt have two beautiful boys.

Cortny Bean
Cortny is the President of the TRH Alumni Association and graduated from The Restoration House in 2013. She is a tremendous parent and a model for other moms.  She invests regularly in other families and is determined to make an impact no matter where she is.

Craig Covert
Craig serves as the Communications Manager (Alcoa Growth & Market Strategy) for Alcoa, Inc. He served for three years as The Restoration House Board President. Previous board roles for Craig have included the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of East Tennessee, Habitat for Humanity of East Tennessee and West Towne Christian Church.

Ed Curtis
Ed is the CEO of Summit Medical Group. He was raised by his single mom and understands the challenges and the opportunities.

Billy Fulghum
Billy is a principal at the civil engineering firm, Fulghum MacIndoe, & Associates, which played a critical role in the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition construction for the Watsons. Billy was invaluable in the land assessment process for The Village.

Alan Guy, Marketing Committee Chair
Alan retired as CEO of Covenant Health Systems in 2000 and for the last 14 years has been doing healthcare and strategic consulting.  He and his wife Linda have faithfully served in the community through the church for many years. They currently  are serving on a Restoration House Mentor Team, walking alongside a young single mom and her daughter.  Alan joined the board in April of 2014.

Nic Nicaud
As a real estate agent with Realty Executives, Nic actively used his connections to locate a prime site for the future expansion of The Restoration House.

Carol Reeve
Carol is the Chief Marketing Strategist at Girl on the Roof, Inc. and has nearly 20 years of agency, corporate and nonprofit marketing experience. As an adjunct faculty member at Johnson University, she has taught a course in Marketing for Nonprofit Organizations. Carol has also served on several nonprofit boards in Knoxville and in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Debra Smith, Scholarship Committee Chair
Debra is the CAO of Home Federal Bank.  Her sister was a single mother.  Debra saw how difficult life could be for a mom raising children on her own.  She has a passion for seeing Christians holistically come alongside single mothers and their children.  Debra has an over 25 year history serving on local boards.

Heather White
Heather is an active member of her church along with her husband and their children.  They are the owners of Personal Auto Locator Service (PALS) and of Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

Alan Williams
Alan has been in broadcast television for over 30 years and is currently an anchor with Knoxville’s CBS affiliate, WVLT.
