House to Home
House to Home seeks to provide families with the warmest welcome as they move into The Village community. Because moving can often be such an overwhelming experience, this initiative helps families make smoother transitions by turning empty apartments into spaces that feel safe, settled, and truly like home.
You or your group can help by:
- Cleaning apartments to prepare a fresh, welcoming space
- Making light repairs, like patching drywall
- Setting up items so each move-in feels like home
- Shopping or assembling welcome baskets using simple lists
- Donating gently used furniture to furnish a family’s home
